Description
Center portion of the femur, marrow bones are great for making broth, marrow, and even for dogs. Usually kept frozen in our fresh case.
Any special requests (sizes, large amount, etc.) are asked to be pre-ordered a day or two in advance so we can cut bones with the saw when it’s about time to replace the blade, so the processors don’t have to cut steaks with dull blades. Call us to preorder!
The saw is torn down right at 5pm each day for cleaning so any bone-in cutting must be ordered before 5pm each day. No exceptions.
