Looking for a whole or half a cow? While we don’t have those, we offer something better!

We sell what’s called “Locker Packs” (a combination of meat at a discounted price). All of our locker packs are pre-made, packaging most steaks in single or doubles as well as packaging our ground beef and sausage in one pound packs.

Each combination listed to the right can be a good alternative of filling your freezer than purchasing a whole cow. This is because when you purchase a whole cow, the proportions of different steaks and roasts on an animal don’t necessarily match up with the modern American diet. It is also nice to have the choice of having pork and chicken in the combination of meats you are purchasing.

While pre-ordering is not necessarily required (we try to keep all of our locker packs on hand at all times), waiting until the end of the week on a Saturday can limit the availabilities as Friday and Saturdays can be quite busy for us. You’re more than welcome in that case to reserve a locker pack, we would just require that you pay over the phone at the time of ordering to reserve one (unless you are paying cash or with EBT- just let us know and we will let you pay at time of pick-up). Ground beef, bacon burger, and sausages are in approximately one pound packages. Everything else is wrapped in ones, twos, or threes (steaks or pounds) depending on what combination allows us to make weight.
